INFINITE REFLECTIONS
Marta Blanc
Swiss artist Marta Blanc’s work is about the poetry of light, reflection and shadow, with her sculptures crocheted in metal wire, her medium of predilection.
The most recurring forms of her delicate and light artworks are spirals and twisted infinite loops. Marta embraces the voids and empty spaces that are deliberately conceived as the sculptural forms themselves.
For this major solo exhibition, she realised a body of organic works, with some of unprecedented dimensions, testifying of her expertise, passion, patience, and profound dedication.
